Ok. I guess It's time to do some documentation of the project.

Agony.  Where should I begin?  This can be very large.  What is the
parts?..

It feels easier to write it as a letter. :-/

We have:

 * definitions of words / concepts

 * goals, visions

 * Suggested system architecture to reach the goals

 * Implementation specifics of the architecture details

 * The state of the system in 0.0401


Where do I begin?  With the virtual community encyclopedia database
for Paranormal.se I will use Wraf to build?  With a description of how
1.0 of Wraf is planned to look like?  The strategies to get a general
and powerful system?  How what we have today is a step towards the
vision of the Sematic Web with almost sentient AI?
