[RDF] Release 0.0401

I keep adding more checks.  v0.04 had a lot of them, and I allways
stop the program if somthing wrong is detected, rather than trying to
fix it.

One bug kept craching the 0.04 demo.  I hopa I have fixed it now.


Sourceforge file admin functions didn't work then 0.04 was released.

--> But I have now uploaded v0.0401 to Sourceforge.



CPAN still has the 0.04 release.
