[RDF] Where can get Template v2, FreezeThaw, DBD::Pg, and PostgreSQL mo dules

You can't expect to do anything useful with it yet.  There are many
things missing.  But I would be glad to hear any suggestions

That depends on the OS you use and wheter you have a C compiler.  The
perl modules can all be found at CPAN, via your local CPAN mirror, or
at:
    http://search.cpan.org/

But a local mirror is probably much faster. See

This is a relational database.  Not a perl module.  You can use other
databases if you modify the SQL queries.  The PostgreSQL page is here:
