[RDF] Resource consumption

I notice that the Wraf server connects to more and more database
handlers and never lets go of them.  The server shut down with the
message "Sorry, too many clients already".

This is because every requests starts a new session and gets it's own
DB connection.

Alpha 4 will reuse the session object within the session. But it
should probably also reuse the DB connections from other sessions.

There will also be a system for expireing old resources from the
cache.  But that can wait until it becomes a real problem. ;-)
