That's because it's not yet a server.  The c/s comes with alpha 3,
aproximately in about a week.

The documentation just consists of source code comments, mailinglist
posts and collected notes.

The mentioned distributed properties was developed as a way to
implement aboutEachPrefix and to give all members of a container a
specific property.  But that has not been implemented yet.  The plan
is to have it in alpha 4. (See [1] ) A little is described about DBI
storage of distributed properties (in [2] ).

Inferencing and other things can be read in the mailinglist archive.

The focus lies on dynamic properties, multiple interfaces, selection
contexts and the presentation of RDF data.
